  1. Guests who need transportation from Kota Kinabalu to JSK Rampayan Jetty, Kota Belud must purchase our Transportation Package in advance from our booking page. The pick-up point is Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal in Kota Kinabalu. The transportation service strictly follows the scheduled times, and the departure time is 7:00 AM Upon arrival, guests can approach the JSK Counter for assistance.
  2. If you did not purchase the transportation package, you will need to drive yourself to the JSK Rampayan Jetty. The drive will take a minimum of one and a half hours, depending on the traffic conditions, it is recommended to plan your journey ahead.
  3. Due to weather concerns, transportation from Jesselton Point and the boat departure from JSK Rampayan Jetty will strictly adhere to the scheduled times. The boat departure time is 9:30 AM.
